The men's group are beginning a series of bible discussion evenings entitled 'FIRST TUESDAY, SECOND TIMOTHY', each one starting with a 15 minute video presentation. These will be held at 7.30pm on the first Tuesday of October, November, December, February, March and April. You may not manage every discussion but will be made most welcome to those you can. If you would like to contribute to the fund for giving aid to Indonesia following the earthquake, also to the Philippines and Vietnam affected by typhoons, then please use the box in the Church vestibule which will be available until Sunday 25 October. Money will be sent to the Disaster Emergency Committee, a group of 11 charities including Christian Aid and TEAR Fund. Please put gift aid donations in an envelope with your name, address, post code and the amount given. Many thanks. |
